Dr. Eric Mason

He is the recipient of multiple earned degrees, including a BS in Psychology from Bowie State University, a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a Doctoral degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

Dr. Eric Mason is the founder and lead pastor of Epiphany Fellowship Church in Philadelphia, PA. He is married to Yvette and has three sons - Immanuel, Nehemiah, and Ephraim - and one living daughter - Amalyah. Dr. Mason has been graced by God to preach and teach at churches and conferences in the US and abroad. He is the recipient of multiple earned degrees, including a BS in Psychology from Bowie State University, a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a Doctoral degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He is the founder and President of Thriving, an urban resource organization committed to developing leaders for ministry in the urban context. Dr. Mason has written several books, including Manhood Restored, Woke Church, Beat God to the Punch, Unleashed, Urban Apologetics, and Nehemiah For You. After over two decades of gospel ministry, Dr. Mason is known for his unquenchable passion for seeing the glory of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Nyron Burke

Stewardship Pastor
A committed believer, business executive, and entrepreneur Nyron Burke is passionate about leveraging the skills developed in his professional career to help the church manage its finances and assets from a Biblical perspective. His role is to help the church to be “good stewards of God’s varied grace.”

Family Life Pastor
Pastor Curtis Dunlap serves as the Family Life and Teaching Pastor at Epiphany Fellowship Church in Philadelphia, Pa. Through this position, Pastor Curt provides oversight to the church’s Marriage, Men’s Discipleship, Young Adult, and Student ministries, as well as the church’s summer outreach programs.

Pastor Curtis Dunlap serves as the Family Life and Teaching Pastor at Epiphany Fellowship Church in Philadelphia, Pa. Through this position, Pastor Curt provides oversight to the church's Marriage, Men's Discipleship, Young Adult, and Student ministries, as well as the church's summer outreach programs. Pastor Curt is extremely passionate about engaging men and helping them to reach their God-given potential as they cultivate godly relationships while leaving a positive impact on those within their sphere of influence. His diligent labor is for no other end, but that many might become mature in Christ through proclaiming the name of Jesus (Colossians 1:28). Pastor Curt is happily married to his wife Courtney, and they have four beautiful children: three daughters, Noelle, Layla, and Nyla, and a son, Curtis, Jr. Pastor Curt has an undergraduate degree from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL, and has earned his Master's degree from Capital Seminary and Graduate School in Lancaster, PA.

Pastor Vernon Mobley, Jr.

Pastor Vernon Mobley, Jr. is the son of Dale E. Mobley and the late Vernon Mobley, Sr. Pastor Vern has been active in the local church as a musician throughout his childhood, accompanying many church choirs and directors in the tri-state area.

Pastor Vernon Mobley, Jr. is the son of Dale E. Mobley and the late Vernon Mobley, Sr. Pastor Vern has been active in the local church as a musician throughout his childhood, accompanying many church choirs and directors in the tri-state area. His musical talents have afforded him to travel extensively throughout the United States to be used at conferences, retreats, and church conventions. At a young age, Pastor Vern surrendered his life to Christ and felt the call to preach the Gospel. Before becoming a pastor, Pastor Vern served in youth ministry for five years. He currently serves as the Worship & Creative Arts Pastor at Epiphany Fellowship Church. Through this ministry, the members under his leadership are challenged and encouraged to grow in their God-given gifts for God's glory and the edification of His people. Pastor Vern leads the media team as they capture life-changing content to be shared locally, nationally, and internationally. Pastor Vern is the co-host of the newly launched Sanctuary Podcast with Dr. Eric Mason. In 2016, Pastor Vern traveled to Malawi, Africa, as a missionary to preach, teach, and serve the people of Malawi. Pastor Vern is studying at Lancaster Bible College to obtain his bachelor's in Bible Studies. His love for the word of God and seeing it applied to the lives of all believers continues to be the driving force in his life. He is married to Pascale Lourdes, and they have four children who have gone on to be with the Lord: the twins (Adelina Elizabeth & Liani Jolie), baby Dash, and Milo Douglas. Though they have experienced much loss, the Lord has seen fit to give them two living children, Eliana Amaris and Madeline Minnie. Pastor Vern's ministry verse is Jeremiah 15:16, "Your words were found, and I ate them, and your words became to me a joy and the delight of my heart, for I am called by your name, O LORD, God of hosts." Pastor Vern's purpose is to live a life that continues to say Yes to the Lord. Yes to His Will, Yes to His Way, Yes to His Word, Yes to His Spirit.

Dr. Sarita Lyons, affectionately called “Dr. Sarita,” is a wife, mother, speaker, bible teacher, and psychotherapist. She is on staff at Epiphany Fellowship Church in Philadelphia as the Director of Discipleship and Women’s Ministry.

Dr. Sarita Lyons, affectionately called "Dr. Sarita," is a wife, mother, speaker, bible teacher, and psychotherapist. She is on staff at Epiphany Fellowship Church in Philadelphia as the Director of Discipleship and Women's Ministry. Prior to full time ministry, Dr. Lyons was in private practice for eight years, where she provided counseling for individuals, families, couples, and groups for a variety of psychological needs. Some of her treatment specialties are recovery from trauma, depression, anxiety, and marriage and family therapy. She also specializes in counseling and consultation for church leadership and their families for personal and ministry-related needs. Dr. Lyons speaks, writes, and advocates about the intersections of faith, mental health, and justice; as well as women's issues in and outside of the church. Most importantly, Dr. Lyons is called to unashamedly preach the unadulterated Gospel of Jesus Christ. Dr. Lyons is passionate about the emotional and spiritual health of the Church, making disciples, and developing leaders. She deeply cares about the Church being stabilized in Christ amidst the changing tides and influence of culture. She is a highly sought-after speaker and consultant for churches, women's groups, organizations, and educational institutions around the country. Dr. Lyons is a contributing writer for the multi-award winning book, Urban Apologetics: How the Gospel Restores Black Dignity, General Editor, Dr. Eric Mason. In her chapter, she writes about, "Black Women and The Appeal of The Black Conscious Community and Feminism." She also contributed two chapters in the second Urban Apologetics book (2023) on the LBGTQ+ movement and church response and a biblical apologetic for gender, sex, and marriage. Dr. Lyons' first book titled Church Girl: A Gospel Vision to Encourage and Challenge Black Christian Women released on August 20, 2024, and has been named a USA Today National Bestseller. A native of Philadelphia and a product of the Philadelphia Public School System, Dr. Lyons is a proud graduate of an HBCU, Florida A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Psychology. In graduate school, Dr. Lyons simultaneously studied law and psychology at one of the country's rare joint JD/PhD programs. She graduated from Villanova University School of Law and earned a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Ph.D. in Clinical and Forensic Psychology from Drexel University. She also taught as an adjunct professor at Drexel University's College of Medicine. Dr. Lyons is married to Pastor Mark Lyons who is a bi-vocational elder at Epiphany Fellowship Church, a commercial airline pilot (Captain) for JetBlue Airways, and a retired Lt. Colonel from the United States Air Force. They are the parents of four wonderful children Malachi, Sophia, Olivia, and Gabriella.

Ladesha Albury

Ladesha Albury has been graced to serve in the ministry doing operations since 2013, bringing her leadership to Thriving as the Director of Operations for the Frequency Conference. Under her guidance, the conference grew from 300 participants to over 1,500 by 2018.

Ladesha Albury has been graced to serve in the ministry doing operations since 2013, bringing her leadership to Thriving as the Director of Operations for the Frequency Conference. Under her guidance, the conference grew from 300 participants to over 1,500 by 2018. In 2019, she became the Director of Operations for Epiphany Fellowship while also embracing motherhood with her son, Kaelem. Beyond her work in ministry, Ladesha is the founder of Pyro Planning, a staffing business that aligns with her commitment to excellence in service. Balancing her professional pursuits with family life, she cherishes the time spent with her husband, Lawrence Albury, whom she married in 2013.

As the Director of Finance at Epiphany Fellowship, Jalaylia brings a wealth of experience in financial stewardship and organizational leadership. She has been a dedicated part of Epiphany Fellowship since 2005 as a part of its core team. It is here where she met and later married her husband, Gueshill, who was also a core team member and currently serves as an Elder. With a background as the Assistant Director of Financial Aid at Philadelphia Biblical University (now Cairn University), Jalaylia has committed her career to integrating financial management with a commitment to biblical principles. Jalaylia holds dual Bachelor's Degrees in Bible and Business Administration, as well as a Master's in Organizational Leadership. Through these roles and studies, she has cultivated a deep understanding of financial strategy and a passion for fostering growth within faith-based organizations. At Epiphany Fellowship, Jalaylia is dedicated to ensuring financial stability and supporting the church's mission to serve the community and beyond. Beyond her professional role, she is a devoted homeschool parent to six beautiful and rambunctious children. In their homeschool, she focuses on nurturing a love of learning while teaching a biblical worldview, creating a home environment that values faith, family, and education.

Sarah Lowney

A native of Philadelphia, Sarah spent her formative years attending Philadelphia High School for Girls and is a Temple University alumna with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Theater.

A native of Philadelphia, Sarah spent her formative years attending Philadelphia High School for Girls and is a Temple University alumna with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Theater. In 2019, she became a proud member of Epiphany Fellowship Church. As a follower of Christ, Sarah is passionate about helping women grow in their knowledge and love of our great God. She co-leads Epiphany's SALT Women's Ministry and serves on their Biblical Scholarship and Acts of Kindness teams. Sarah has had the honor of working at an experiential marketing company for 15 years. In 2021, she closed the chapter of her career as a Senior Account Manager for International Tradeshows and Events and fully immersed herself in full-time service to Epiphany Fellowship Church where she now serves on staff as a Church Administrator and has been ordained as a deaconess. Sarah has the privilege of raising her son, Asher Noah Lowney, enjoys spending time with her family and friends, creating art, watching good documentaries, and loves learning and sharing what she has learned with others.

As Epiphany Fellowship's Director of Media and Communications, Kevin Lockett helps our local congregation show off God's glory through how we communicate internally and externally. His professional experience includes work as a communications director in Philadelphia City Council, as a foster home recruiter, and as a youth ministry and technology coordinator. Kevin is a committed Christ-follower, grateful son and brother, active church member, and newly minted urbanist. A proud product of public education, he is a graduate of Abington Senior High School in Montgomery County, PA, and studied Secondary Education at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.

Tamika is a passionate servant of Christ, dedicated to ministering to children and families through her role as the Children's Ministry Director at Epiphany Fellowship. From a young age, Tamika felt a calling to serve others, particularly children, which led her to begin volunteering at Beulah Baptist Church. Over the years, this calling has grown, as she spent more than 20 years directing summer camps, including Beulah Baptist Church Day Camp and Camp Hope of Epiphany Fellowship, serving the West and North Philadelphia communities. Tamika is committed to planting gospel seeds and witnessing the transformative power of God's work in the lives of children. Her greatest joy comes from seeing children grow in their faith and understanding of God's love. As Children's Ministry Director, Tamika leads with a heart for Christ, ensuring that each child experiences the joy of knowing Jesus and being part of a loving church family. She finds deep fulfillment in nurturing young hearts, equipping them with the foundation to walk boldly in their faith. On September 15th, Tamika was ordained as a deacon at Epiphany Fellowship, a testament to her deep commitment to the body of Christ. Her ministry is focused on supporting families and guiding children to live gospel-centered lives. With every new role and responsibility the Lord provides, Tamika continues to seek His wisdom and direction in leading the ministry. Tamika's love for others extends beyond the church, as she and her husband Rashawn enjoy building lasting family traditions and creating cherished memories with their two children, Ryan and Zoë. A graduate of Millersville University with a degree in Psychology, Tamika integrates her knowledge of child development with her passion for ministry, offering a holistic approach to nurturing the spiritual growth of children. As she continues to serve at Epiphany Fellowship, Tamika remains committed to seeing the gospel flourish in the hearts of the next generation, trusting in God's plan for every child she encounters.
