We are called to serve

The ministries of Epiphany Fellowship provide an opportunity for our members to serve each other and the community. Take a look at our ministries to learn more about us and find your place to serve.

Why do we serve?

As Covenant Community members, we commit to faithfully manage the resources God has given us including our time, body, spiritual gifts and talents, attitudes, finances, and possessions. We serve sacrificially, cheerfully, actively, and voluntarily.

God has designed us with unique qualities and abilities. No matter your strength or season in life, there is a place for you to plug in and serve. Contact any ministry leader to get involved so that together we can show off the glory of Christ in every area of life.
“Now as we have many parts in one body, and all the parts do not have the same function, in the same way we who are many are one body in Christ and individually members of one another.”
Romans 12:4-5

Epiph Community

Epiph Community fosters congregational accountability, enjoyment, and fellowship through gathering. This is accomplished through creating and supporting opportunities for community engagement.

Covenant Community Membership

The Covenant Community Ministry serves church members by helping to facilitate membership classes and encouraging new members to become servants within the church community. This ministry fosters personal and spiritual growth, a passion for sacrificial service, as well as, and an  understanding of Gospel-centered evangelism and discipleship (Acts 2:42-47).

Loving & Serving Our Congregation

Good Eats

Good Eats supports church life through good food. This ministry nurtures church volunteers and leaders through Sunday refreshments. Good Eats facilitates community & connection by joyfully providing good food to gather around at special events and larger team meetings.

Members of our Hospitality Ministry are the first faces members and visitors see when they arrive at our building. This team is responsible for greeting and seating congregants as they arrive. With warm hearts and inviting smiles, they let congregants know they are welcome. (1 Peter 4:9-11)

Our Security ministry serves and protects the body of Christ through presence, boldness, and brotherly love.

The Communion Ministry consists of men and women who serve by preparing and distributing the elements of communion for gatherings and special services. This allows our local congregation the opportunity to break bread together so that we can commemorate the death of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ as he has illustrated for us during the Lord’s Supper (1 Corinthians 11: 23 - 26).

The Facilities team is dedicated to the general upkeep of the church premises. This includes cleaning bathrooms, the Sanctuary, lobbies, and other common areas in and around the building. By maintaining a clean and organized physical space, we show off the glory of Christ and extend the love of Christ to Covenant Community Members and visitors.

Creativity, Art, & Design

Epiph Worship

Epiph Worship Invites all people to behold the glory of God through Jesus Christ and respond to Him in worship through theologically rich, gospel-centered, culturally relevant music.

Epiphany Creatives

Epiph Creatives shows off the glory of Christ by facilitating effective, artful, worship-inspiring communication within our church and to the external community. This ministry provides both the tools and the hands to facilitate effective communication among those who serve, within our congregation, and to the watching world. We support ministries, leaders, and church-wide initiatives by anticipating and meeting design and communication needs and developing creative solutions to communications-related challenges.

SALT Women's Ministry

The SALT Women’s Ministry helps women in Christ formation through in-depth Bible study, disciplining women in Biblical Womanhood, and creating a culture where women experience love and sisterhood through small groups and fun fellowships and events. SALT develops Christian women to be Sisters submitted to Christ, Available to serve, Loving on others, and Transformed by the Word of God. (Matthew 5:13)

NewManity Men's Ministry

Newmanity Men’s Ministry exists to see Manhood restored by promoting gospel renewal in every area of men’s lives so that they can be made whole. This ministry provides opportunities for men to study the Bible, foster connection, and increase mutual support. (Ephesians 2:15-16)

Equip U

Equip U is an educational and practical life application initiative of Epiphany Fellowship Church aimed at building and equipping believers at every stage of their Christian journey to know God and live for Him (Ephesians 4:11-16). Many in the global Church are biblically illiterate, unable to adequately defend the faith, and lacking wisdom and discernment. To combat this, Equip U focuses on four core targets to mature Christians at Epiphany Fellowship Church: Sanctification, Biblical Knowledge, Mental Health, and Wisdom.

Epiphany Kidz

Epiph Kidz serves the children and families of Epiphany Fellowship by providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere that assists parents in the discipleship of their children by steering them toward the things of God. Through Biblical teachings, we want our kidz to know, love, live for, and serve Christ! (Psalms 127:4)

Epiph YTH

Epiph YTH creates an environment that teaches youth to take ownership of their faith while showing them they have a place to serve in the church with their time, talents, and treasures. Our youth ministry provides biblical teaching that equips teens for today while preparing them for tomorrow; challenges teens to make decisions based on God’s truth; and partners with parents, teachers, and youth organizations to better serve youth.

Stronger Together Marriage Ministry

The Stronger Together Marriage Ministry exists to aid husbands and wives in functionally living out their roles as they honor the Lord, serve one another, and faithfully uphold their marriage covenants. Our aim is to provide biblical teaching and practical guidance and help couples acquire tangible skills that result in a healthy marriage.

Outreach & Matriculation

The Baptism Team organizes and facilitates baptisms with care, gentleness, nurturing compassion, and love, allowing the church to follow the Great Commission to make and baptize disciples. This includes the set-up and breakdown of the baptismal pool and working with baptismal candidates leading up to and during baptism. (Matthew 28:19, Romans 6:1-14, Titus 3:5, Colossians 2:11-13)

Community Table

Community Table shows and shares the love of Jesus by bringing dignity through food and nutrition, holiday meals, and personal recognition and relationship to people experiencing food insecurity. In this way, this ministry meets physical needs – a significant part of our congregation’s Gospel witness to our city and region.

SURGE - our outreach team - helps lost people become committed Christ-followers by showing and sharing Jesus, loving the people in our city by meeting their spiritual and material needs, and sharing the Gospel.

Building Maintenance

The Building Maintenance Team ensures we have a sound, safe and comfortable environment to worship and serve. This ministry helps us steward our building well and create a space that is relevant to our ministry needs.

Counters are responsible for carefully and accurately counting and recording all offerings collected during the worship gatherings. This team works diligently and with integrity to be good stewards of the church’s resources to the glory of God.
