Assistant to Director of Finance

Part-Time

Position Description

The administrative support through this position is integral to the mission of Epiphany Fellowship Church. The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Director of Finance to ensure Epiphany continues to manage God’s resources well. By efficiently and effectively maintaining essential financial systems, Epiphany Fellowship can have what’s needed to continue Christ’s mission for years to come.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage expense reporting
  • Maintain donor records
  • Manage stewardship correspondence
  • Organize and maintain stewardship records
  • Manage payables
  • Assist the Director of Finance with preparing to facilitate training

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least High School Diploma
  • Trustworthy and honest
  • Organized
  • A clear communicator
  • Proficient in basic math concepts
  • Self motivated.
  • Comfortable with computer applications (email, Excel, Google Drive, etc.)

Work Environment

The majority of tasks can be managed remotely. However, some tasks must be completed onsite.
