Administrative Assistant to the Director of Finance


Position Description

The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Director of Finance to ensure Epiphany continues to manage God’s resources well. By efficiently and effectively maintaining essential financial systems, Epiphany Fellowship can have what’s needed to continue Christ’s mission for years to come. Due to the sensitive nature of this role, the ideal candidate will be a faithful, committed member of Epiphany Fellowship Church with experience in expense reporting and/or accounts receivable/payable.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage expense reporting
  • Maintain donor records
  • Manage stewardship correspondence
  • Organize and maintain stewardship records
  • Manage payables
  • Assist the Director of Finance with preparing to facilitate training

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least High School Diploma
  • A commitment to the mission and core values of Epiphany Fellowship Church
  • Experience with expense reporting and/or accounts payable/receivable
  • Trustworthy and honest
  • Organized
  • A clear communicator
  • Proficient in basic math concepts
  • Self motivated.
  • Comfortable with computer applications (email, Excel, Google Drive, etc.)

Work Environment

The majority of tasks can be managed remotely. However, some tasks must be completed onsite.
