About Pastor Larry
Larry Smith is the Community Life and Foreign Missions Pastor at Epiphany Fellowship. He has been involved in urban multi-cultural ministry for over 35 years. Larry is passionate about seeing believers grow in a dynamic relationship with the Lord. He is the author of “Jesus Life” which is a book about building every aspect of your life around a relationship with Jesus Christ. Larry is the U.S. liaison for the Pastoral Training Institute of Africa (PTIA). PTIA trains pastors to plant churches and oversees a growing network of African churches which are led and by indigenous African leaders. He oversees the Life Group ministry at Epiphany as well as the Biblical Counseling Ministry.
Larry graduated with an M.Div. from Westminster Theological Seminary in 1992. He is currently working on a doctorate degree in missiology from Midwestern Seminary. His passion is to see the local church grow more effective in making maturing disciples in order to reach the world for Christ. Larry and his wife Harriette have been married for over 30 years and have three grown children and three grandchildren.
